Rates

I welcome being contacted with inquiries by phone or email!  Any conversation regarding a potential need of yours is free. Rates include labor, pickup truck, and local mileage.  My goal is to be transparent by listing my rates for you here:

• Current Hourly Rate: $75 / hr*

• 2024 New Client Rate: $80 / hr*

• Additional help may be available for larger jobs

* Two (2) hour minimum charge for most services. Hauling and delivery rates have additional expenses depending on distance and disposal fees.  Materials will be tracked by me and reimbursed by the client.

Hourly rates are flat-rate for most services rendered. Payment desired at the end of each work session.  Cash or Check preferred. Zelle or Venmo also accepted; Invoice provided.
